It is not: the item string table names it "Rusted Caltrops" and gives it a full description, under WPN_PLA_TH_ThrowingCaltrops — a different key from the AMO_TH_Caltrops_Caltrops our record uses, the same name-and-key mismatch as Moon's Judgement. So it is a real, named, described item that is simply hard to come by. Kept rather than dropped. Source and damage figures both still unknown (16 Aug 2026).
