Multipliers of what?
Of the carrier. A ×2.00 fire multiplier means twice the crossbow's fire attack rating — so the same ammo produces a different number on every carrier, and on every upgrade level.
The combined figure is not published yet: the multipliers are extracted, but the arithmetic joining them has not been checked against the game.

Marksman Crossbow +10 hit for 510, exactly twice Basic Bolts from the same crossbow — both are pure physical, so the enemy cancels out of the ratio.
