Multipliers of what?
Of the carrier. A ×2.00 fire multiplier means twice the rhogar catalyst's fire attack rating — so the same spell produces a different number on every carrier, and on every upgrade level.
The combined figure is not published yet: the multipliers are extracted, but the arithmetic joining them has not been checked against the game.

This one hits more than once
Channelled: it ticks for the figure shown for as long as you hold it and have mana, so the number is per tick rather than per cast. Mana drains continuously at 0.1 per interval rather than costing a lump sum — the drain runs faster than the damage ticks, and the ratio between them is not in the game files, so damage per mana is not published. The damage figure is per hit, not per cast — so this spell is worth considerably more than its percentage suggests next to a single-hit spell. Verified in game
