Many are the Church of Orian Radiance texts condemning Adyr as a serpent-tongued deceiver whispering poison into the ears of both the righteous and unrighteous alike, with the former typically being saved by the grace of Orius and the teachings of the church.
Measured in game
The game states only that it increases all your damage types, with no figure anywhere in the tables. Measured twice on identical one-handed R1 swings: 481 to 530 with a plain sword, and 551 to 606 with Infernal Weapon active. Both are x1.10, agreeing to a fifth of a percent — so about +10%, applied to physical and fire alike, and it stacks on top of a weapon imbue rather than replacing it.
